She has won four times crowned the winner of the World Cup overall competition. She is an athlete with a lot of fame throughout American history. She's one of just six females in the history of sports to win all five World Cup races for alpine-skiing. She has won more than 82 World Cup titles. In the wake of the World Championships that took place in Sweden this year, one of the top and most experienced American ski racers will retire. The four-time World Cup overall champion decided to take a break following numerous illnesses. Her retirement was announced on social media.
