Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She started participating in fitness competitions when she was sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. She was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. She earned her Pro Card just one year later and was 17. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was required to take the time off from performing following the award of her Pro card in order to finish her college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from where she previously left off competing in top competitions including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing new goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could get her college degree. Her return came in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish at third. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. She will warm up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lightweight day, as well as the second days heavy weight.
