Lisa Olivia Munn is a born and raised in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid is of Chinese origin and grew up during the war in Vietnam. The father of her Winston Barrett Munn is from an American family with long-standing roots in the American South. Olivia's parents split up when she was only the age of two. She was raised by her mother and her stepfather, who is a United States Air Force officer. Olivia was raised mostly in Tokyo within Japan. Although her family had moved from Oklahoma to various other locations however, it was the city of Tokyo that she received most of her schooling. At the time, she appeared in several local theatre productions. Later she became an Japanese model. Olivia relocated her home to Los Angeles after the family's return back to the United States. She pursued her dream of being an actor. After a few minor roles, Olivia found success in her first major role in the role of Mily Acua in the Hawaii television program Beyond the Break 2006 and as the receptionist of Rob Schneider. She hosts G4's podcasts "The Daily Nut" along with "Formula D". Her passion for surfing is something she's continued following the television series Beyond the Break. She also has an black belt in Taekwondo. The year 2000 was at the age of two, of age, her mother remarried. Although the family relocated many times, she was predominantly raised in Tokyo, Japan, where her stepfather was stationed by the military. She studied journalism in the University of Oklahoma and also studied Japanese as well as dramatic arts and drama.
